The house is furnished with love and taste and is located in a 650 sqm large, beautifully landscaped garden on our private road with garage. The ground floor consists of a cozy living room (40 m²) with open fireplace, bathroom with bath, guest toilet, kitchen. Two large terraces in front and behind the house with stunning views allow you to enjoy the sun all day long. In the 1. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one double and two single), a bathroom with shower and toilet. The pitched roof of the house is comfortably furnished and especially liked by children. Dogs are welcome.

- Cleaning fee 50 €. The costs of the final cleaning are to be charged with the housekeeping on site

- When using linen and bed linen fall per bed set 5 €, and per other laundry 0.5 €

- Per adult person and day the local tourist tax is still charged

- In winter, a heating surcharge (up to the wood) of 10 € per day will be charged
