The house is located on the golf course of Stromberg in the Schindeldorf district.
It has a south-west facing terrace with a small garden area and an ornamental fish pond.
The golf course runs directly behind the garden.
Far from the streets, planes or train noise, you can enjoy absolute peace and relaxation here.
The Stromberg panoramic swimming pool with sauna and wonderful view is in the immediate vicinity.
Numerous hiking trails start nearby.
The Land und Golfhotel-Stromberg is only a few hundred meters away, as is a nice little restaurant
Beer garden.
Shops such as Aldi, Lidl and ReWe are located a few kilometers away in town near the motorway exit.
In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the Nahe, and a day trip to Saar and Moselle is also possible from here.

Note:
In Schindeldorf, the municipality charges € 1.07 per person per day as a city tax. These are payable in cash on arrival and are paid to the community by us. For this you get eg. reduced admission to the panoramic swimming pool.
