The Speckhaus is a non-smoking accommodation with several apartments and is located about 1.6 km from the center.
During the renovation in 2015, we tried to combine the charm of the 70s with modernity. What we have done well according to statements of our guests.
The quiet and sunny location in a side street, rest and peaceful sleep is guaranteed.
Our lovingly and individually designed apartment Rauschberg 1 with about 55 sqm for 2 - 4 people, located on the ground floor of our house and has 1 large bedroom with large double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for the 3rd and 4. Person, as well as a kitchenette with small dishwasher, fridge and 2-zone ceramic hob and a microwave / hot air device
The beautiful large sunny terrace with garden access invites you to relax, especially in summer.

Our newly renovated 60 sqm apartment Zellerberg in the attic for 2 - 3 people, offers a magnificent view of the Ruhpolding mountains. The large south-facing balcony is a guarantee for nice hours in a quiet environment. The spacious bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed and a single bed, sleeps 3 people. The comfortable kitchenette makes your everyday life easier with an integrated dishwasher. Bath / shower and toilet are in separate rooms.
All our apartments are equipped with oak parquet and convey through the individual color scheme a pleasant living environment.
LCD TV with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are of course. Bed linen and towels are of course provided by us. Likewise everything you need for rinsing.
Pets are not allowed in our house and smoking on the terrace / balcony is not allowed. Therefore, our apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers.
You can leave your car on the parking lot and start many nice walks and hikes from the front door. If you ever want to wash your laundry, our washing machines are available in the washroom for a small fee. Detergents are available.
In winter you can store your skis in our lockable ski room between the garage and the house. In the summer, your bicycles can also be accommodated there.
Our apartments are equipped with all crockery. Toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker and a microwave / hot air appliance complete the kitchen equipment.
Our many guests are always delighted with the good air and comfortable beds.
