The house is situated in a new built Mediterranean styled complex directly at the lagoon of Gruissan. Only the pedestrian promenade separates the holiday complex from the beach of the lagoon. Because of the popular traffic free area the house is perfectly good for families with children. Two big wing-doors lead to a big sunny terrace. The terrace is southwards located and surrounded by a wall with greenery in front. On the property besides the house is a parking place for the car. On the ground floor are a spacious kitchen and living room, a separate bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. On the first floor are a big bedroom with two beds (parents), a bedroom with a bunk-bed (2 children) and a bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. The house is fully air conditioned. Dogs are permitted, except in the bedrooms. Two cots are also at disposal. The house is furnished suitably and is well equipped: Internet, Telephone, TV Sat, Big flat screen, DVD, Dishwasher, Washing machine, large refrigerator (300 liters)...
