The Villa Nordsee has a living space of 128 sqm plus the 31 sqm garage and a covered terrace.
Our villa is completely new. The equipment is ideal for up to four people.
Nothing is missing that you need for daily use. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, everything is sufficiently available. The bedrooms are equipped with high quality box spring beds (180x200 cm), bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a free-standing bath in the bathroom en suite, and a walk-in shower in the other bathroom. In the living area you will find a leather suite.

The Villa Nordsee was built according to the latest requirements of high quality.

The house has underfloor heating and electrically operated shutters. In addition to the central ventilation system, which ensures a pleasant climate, there are also fly screens in all rooms.
The open room design with the comfortable equipment offers you a lot of comfort.
In the garage you will find a washer and dryer as well as space for the car and bicycles.

Our villa is located on the outskirts of the Campen municipality with a direct view of the highest lighthouse in Germany.
You can enjoy the view to the west of the dike and lighthouse from our covered terrace in any weather.
The villa is just a stone's throw (1.8 km) from the lighthouse, dike and the North Sea!
You can also reach the fishing village of Greetsiel (approx. 14 km) by bike along the dike. Shopping for everyday needs is available in Pewsum (approx. 7 km). There are fresh rolls on site in the "Lüttje shop" (approx. 5 minutes on foot).

Free WiFi is available up to 12 Mbit (not a matter of course for this region)!
