Private vacation home

The detached house is located near the typical Tuscan village of Montecatini Val di Cecina. You can walk to the village in 10 minutes. There is a bakery and a small supermarket, bars and restaurants. The house is surrounded by a large olive grove and is very quiet. From the large covered terrace you have a wonderful view over the Tuscan hills.
On the ground floor there is a large living and dining area and an open kitchen. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom with toilet. The large bedroom has a double bed. In this room, a ladder leads to an open gallery on which there are two more beds (mattresses). The small bedroom has two single beds and a direct exit to its own small terrace. The Tuscan terracotta floor is everywhere in the house. In summer, the large terrace becomes a daily lounge area.

The beach is 35 minutes away. There are many beautiful sandy beaches that are worth visiting. You can have a siesta in the shade in the adjacent pine forests.
Volterra is the closest major city. This old Etruscan city attracts with its ancient amphitheater, numerous museums, Tuscan architecture, shopping facilities and a magnificent view. Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Florence are also so close that day trips are possible.
