A modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker), and a dining area are in the living area (flat-screen TV, sofa, wing chair with footrest) integrated. From there you have direct access to the balcony (south / west orientation). The master bedroom offers full comfort with a double bed and wardrobe. The country-style master bedroom is simply cozy.
