The Non smoking apartment is located in the 2nd Floor in the attic of the house and offers with its approximately 60 m² enough space for 2 to 4 adults. The spacious living area has a comfortable sofa bed (extra bed for the 3./4. Person, 1.40mx 2.00m), 2 leather armchairs and a coffee table. A sideboard with flat screen TV, Blue Ray player and mini stereo system with USB port complete this area. Even on vacation you do not have to do without the internet. The WLAN connection is included for you. For the common pleasure you will find in the apartment also board games and a small selection of holiday reading. The expandable dining table with 4 chairs offers enough space to take all meals. From the living area leads to the seating and small south-facing balcony. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a friendly, light-filled atmosphere. For your restful sleep, you will find in the bedroom a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m) and bedside tables. The wardrobe offers enough space for your holiday wardrobe. For the younger guests in the bedroom, the setting up of a travel cot is possible. A high chair and a cot (without mattress and bed ticking) are available for you free of charge. The separate kitchen is fully furnished and includes a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee and Senseo coffee pod machines, water and egg cooker, toaster and many other kitchen utensils everything you would not want to miss at home. The spacious bathroom with daylight has a vanity, toilet, shower, hairdryer and a towel heater. Insect screens are available in the premises. In the basement of the house you can - for an extra charge - use a washer and dryer. Here you can also include your bikes. The own parking space for your car can be found on the property.
