The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and several living and dining areas. On the ground floor, there is an apartment with a bedroom, living room with kitchenette (pull-out sofa for 1 person) and an adjacent fireplace room with dining area for 12 people. On the 1st floor, there are two more apartments, each with a bedroom, bathroom and living area with sofa bed. All kitchens are fully equipped, the villa has WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and washing machine. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed upon request, a baby cot can be provided.



The outdoor area includes a covered terrace, several balconies with sea views, a sun terrace with a pool and outdoor shower (solar), sun loungers, garden furniture, an outdoor grill, and cascading flower beds. Two car parking spaces are available.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities: swimming, water sports, boat trips, diving, rafting, bicycle tours, tennis, paintball, nature park visits and cultural attractions.
