The apartment house Granitz is located on the forest promenade. It is located in a prime location - 200 m to the beach, the spa park and the pier, close to the center on the pedestrianized beach road. The facility includes a bicycle storage, washing machine and dryer in the communal cellar, as well as a children's playground with spacious lawn area. A free parking space is available directly at the house. Non smoking apartment! Fantastic sea view!

Apartment 44:
The modern 2-room non-smoking apartment is 34 m² in size.   The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and huge studio window with sea views, a living room with double sofa bed, floor-to-ceiling window (French balcony). A fully equipped kitchenette (4-plate stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc.) as well as shower and toilet are part of the apartment layout.   A linen package can be rented (bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 towel - per apartment a bath mat) per person 14.00 EUR - dish towels on request, towel change for an extra charge possible. Please order with booking and pay on arrival.  Cot (10.00 €) and high chair (10.00 €) can be rented.   At the house belongs the car parking space No. 58 free of charge to the apartment.
