The apartment house Granitz is quietly located in the gardens of the historic bath villa Granitz on the corner of beach road / forest promenade. It has a top location above the sea. Directly out of the garden you reach the exit to the beach, to the spa park and to the pier.   On the pedestrianized beach road you will find restaurants and shops for your daily needs. The facility includes a lockable bicycle storage, laundromat / coin dryer in the community cellar and a beautiful garden with mature trees and a spacious lawn with children's toys.   Non smoking apartment, renovated in 2013/14 and equipped with a hypoallergenic design flooring in light wood structure. Small south-facing terrace. The green roof of the garage in front of the terrace and the garden are also usable.

The bright 2-room Non smoking apartment with underfloor heating is modern and comfortably furnished. As a raised ground floor - exterior apartment has a south facing terrace overlooking the gardens. A year-round panoramic view of the Baltic Sea from the spacious bedroom with double bed. In the living area harmoniously integrated is a fully equipped kitchenette with grill microwave, toaster, coffee maker, 4-ring hob etc. Even from the small dining area you look through a room-high window into the green. In the living area with 2 swinging armchairs and a couch (can be opened to a double bed) 4 people find comfortable seating. A flat screen with DVD player and a small high quality stereo complete the equipment. The approx. 4m² large, white tiled bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. A lot of storage space and a hair dryer are available. In the storage room next to the hall you will find u. a. also the patio furniture. For bookings of 7 days or more the final cleaning is included. A linen package can be rented (bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 towel - per apartment a bath mat) per person 14.00 EUR - dish towels on request, towel change for an extra charge possible. Please order when booking and pay with the local tax on arrival. On request, a high chair or cot in the apartment or Bedrooms will be provided - costs 10.00 EUR / week. A bread delivery service is offered by a local bakery. Wi-Fi is offered free of charge - for legal reasons, please accept the declaration of use.
