The house Nordstrand is in a quiet but central location. To the north beach (pier and sandy beach) it is only a 2 minute walk. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a winter garden as well as a terrace.   A permanently reserved parking space belongs to the apartment.    

Apartment 22:
The 65 m² non-smoking apartment is equipped for 2 - 4 people. Living room with integrated winter garden and direct access to the terrace - patio furniture available. No expensive climbing stairs in this apartment. The apartment is divided as follows: bedroom with double bed, living room with comfortable seating area incl. Double bed sofa bed and TV as well as free use of WiFi. A fully equipped, separate kitchen with dishwasher, etc. is included. Shower / toilet is of course available.   There is a washer-dryer in the bathroom. Linen packages (consisting of bed linen, a bath towel, two towels, a bath mat and a tea towel) are included as initial equipment for 2 people. In addition, a laundry package can be rented for € 15.00 / person. A parking space (No. 22) is available. Cot and high chair can be rented on request
