The Villa Jomi **** is located in an absolutely quiet location on the outskirts of Tar with a wonderful view of the untouched nature. Only about 1.5 km to the sea or 2.5 km to the wonderful beaches on the Lanterna peninsula, which offers everything that makes for a nice and relaxing or active holiday.
The center of Tar with approx. 2,000 inhabitants is only 500 meters away and can be easily reached on foot. Tar is located five to six kilometers from the well-known tourist centers of Poreč and Novigrad. Rovinj, the pearl of Istria, is also less than an hour away by car.
In the center of the tranquil town of Tar you will find a complete infrastructure including bank, post office, church, a selection of nice restaurants and cafés, hairdresser, pharmacy, shopping center outside the center and of course small wineries that not only offer the local Malvasier vine and the very best olive oil .
The Villa Jomi **** has a total of approx. 150 m² living space, has four air-conditioned bedrooms (double bed), each with its own bathroom (shower / toilet) and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric stove, refrigerator, freezer) , Dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.), a living area (with a pull-out couch with a fireplace and satellite TV, an additional guest toilet and a pantry with a washing machine. Outside there is a large, covered and furnished terrace, another furnished terrace on the 1st Floor, a brick barbecue / outdoor kitchen in Istrian style, as well as a wonderful pool that is heated with solar energy. A table tennis table and a "shopping bike" are also available free of charge. The plot of 500 m² is fully fenced, car (s) can be safely parked on the property.
