In the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, just 1.5 hours from Berlin and 2 hours from Hamburg, lies Göhren-Lebbin, one of the most successful tourism sites of the last decade in Germany. Our house is about 300 meters walk from the Fleesensee and the beach is only 10 minutes. There is a boat rental with beach bar, water sports and a playground. This will give you and your family an excellent holiday experience. In Göhren-Lebbin, about 3 km away, you will find the SPA World Fleesensee with its sauna, swimming pool and fitness and wellness facilities. Golf tennis courts, bowling alleys, a small marketplace with shops and tourist information, an organic farm shop, several restaurants, bike rental, cycling and hiking trails and horseback riding can be visited and used.

Our house offers about 110 m² of living space distributed over two levels. On the ground floor is the spacious and light-flooded living-dining area with open kitchen. You have a fully equipped kitchen. For the common get-together, the extendable dining table for 6 people has plenty of space. A high chair is optional bookable. The living room invites you with its sofa corner and armchairs to relax, play evenings or a cozy TV evening. Furthermore, there is a small daylight bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. On the terrace and in the garden you can unwind, enjoy the sun and end the evening with an extensive barbecue. A wooden staircase leads to the spacious upper floor. Here you will find three light-flooded bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180cmx200m incl. Pillows and blanket) and wardrobe. In the third bedroom you will find a comfortable sofa bed (extendable, 160cmx200cm incl. Pillows and blanket) and a wardrobe. Also upstairs you will find another modern daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen is available, towels must be booked or brought.
