This quiet 4-star apartment is a Non smoking apartment, which is very high quality and comfortably furnished. The approximately 190 square meters are spread over 2 floors, each with a large balcony (south / west). The stairs are also comfortable for seniors to go. Upper floor: The very spacious living / dining area has high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and is tiled throughout and carpeted. The adjoining kitchen with cozy dining area is very well equipped and also has an access to the balcony. Lower floor: the sleeping area is divided into 2 large bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom and a small room with a sofa bed for 2 persons. The sauna with relaxation area offers plenty of space for 4 people.

The large bright living room with floor to ceiling windows offers a panoramic view of the castle Waldeck and an impressive view over the Edersee on the beech forests of the National Park Kellerwald-Edersee. Enjoy this magnificent view at any time of the day from the large balconies that offer enough space for sunbathing and inviting you to enjoy your meals outdoors. The equipment is comfortable and above average. In addition to the large living-dining area and the kitchen you have 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and another small room with double sofa bed. Location, view, the high-quality equipment as well as its own sauna highlight the object in the 4-star area in Waldeck. They live in the house largely alone. Only the basement is inhabited by the landlady. The location is quiet on a residential street of Waldeck. The well-known "Urwaldsteig", one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the Waldecker Land, is right on the doorstep. A washing machine can be used for 5, - € per wash. The sauna is available to our guests for 10, - € per sauna evening.
