The apartment Casa Serena, one of three residential units that can be rented in the Podere Follona estate, has a beautiful large terrace directly under the arcades.
Follona is idyllically situated in the countryside between Caldana and Vetulonia. The 360 ° beautiful view is unique. Perfect for a vacation to switch off from everyday life.
Since part of the house is also used privately and Podere Follona is also a special place for our family, it is important for us that our guests feel just as comfortable, and so we have furnished each apartment generously and with charm.
Each apartment is fully equipped and with a large private terrace.
Swimming pool and the associated terrace is accessible to everyone.

An unpaved, approx. 2km long gravel road leads to the house.
You can explore the surrounding area on foot or by mountain bike, such as walking along a river, through newly planted olive groves, enjoying the morning or evening mood and just listening to nature.
By car there are many small typical Tuscan towns to reach. Many beautiful wineries in the area are also worth a visit.
