In just a few minutes, the Cliner Quelle with a new swimming pool, large playground and fitness facilities can be reached. The terrace with a small garden area and a stone barbecue invites you to a day out to dine with the family. A parking lot at the house and a garaging for bicycles are also provided.

The approx. 70m ² large and comfortable terraced house offers not only a spacious living room with adjoining dining area and a modern, open kitchen, the terrace also invites you to enjoy a barbecue on beautiful summer evenings. Additionally you will find a guest toilet. An open staircase with stair gate leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms (1x1 double bed, 1x2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All windows are also equipped with shutters, the floors with tiles. When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
