The bungalow is modern but simply furnished; there is a corner sofa (extendible) and an armchair with a table; The shelf and showcase are made of pine wood, the floor covering is laminate. Depending on the slope, the house can be reached by stairs, there is also a more comfortable but longer way behind the bungalow. The terrace is partially covered, there can be smoked. The beds (2x1 m) are placed on the corner. Your dog up to max. 40 cm shoulder height is welcome. In the host's house are two cats.

The non-smoking cottage in bungalow style is on a 60 sqm large, stone-paved and fully tiled terrace, in about 480 m altitude in south-facing slope overlooking the Bodetal. It was completely renovated in 2012. The small bathroom is decorated in warm colors and has a shower, toilet and hand basin. The kitchen is designed as a galley, it goes into the living room. The heating is done by a stove, there are also electric heaters available. A garden gate behind the bungalow leads to a hiking trail to Hüttenrode, to Krockstein and the Rapp-Bode dam through the species-rich and game-rich nature of the Upper Harz.
