On our approx. 4ha large holiday area there are 4 historic buildings which were demolished and rebuilt on the Teichwiesn. Latest technology from floor to wall heating with well-tried material (flattening, clay plaster) were used.

Surroundings:
In the middle of the winegrowing area on the Schilcherweinstraße and the most northerly region of the Mediterranean climate you can wonderful hiking and cycling.

You can reach many beautiful Buschenschänke and Gastrobetriebe on well signposted trails. Particularly worth seeing is the 4km distant lap Stainz with hunting museum and special exhibitions. Or you can take a trip on the narrow-gauge railway (Flascherlzug).
In Rachling about 4km distance is probably the most beautiful toy museum in Europe.
