Toilet and a wooden terrace to the garden. In the apartment there is a small kitchen and right next door there is a very good Indian-Italian restaurant with delivery service at reasonable prices. A bakery is only 150m away and open daily until Sunday. By bike you are in about 10 minutes at the Chiemsee beach.
