Apartment EXKLUSIV is the perfect apartment for guests who want to spend their vacation in an exclusive location in Berlin - a few minutes from Kurfürstendamm - and who prefer a quiet retreat in a stylish atmosphere after a turbulent day in the city.
The apartment was completely renovated in November 2017 according to the most modern criteria. It is in a prime location in the middle of City West in a green, park-like courtyard in the immediate vicinity of Kurfürstendamm (5 minutes on foot). It guarantees the best infrastructure and still idyllic living in the middle of the city. The underground stations U7 Konstanzer Straße / Adenauer Platz are approx. 300/450 meters away from the apartment and can be reached on foot in approx. 3/5 minutes.
If you arrive by car, you can rent our underground parking space for a fee of € 9 per day. You will also find limited parking spaces in the street in front of the gate to the apartment and in all surrounding streets. The apartment is very central. How to get z. B. 3.1 km to the Messedamm / ZOB, 2.4 km to the Memorial Church, 2.9 km to the Zoo and 2.9 km to the KaDeWe,
The 60 sqm apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony and is located on the 2nd Floor. Blinds allow darkening in the sleeping areas.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (new: 180 x 200 cm) with a 7-zone luxury mattress (suitable for people with dust allergies). The "First Class" down duvets and down pillows are a high-quality natural product with the seals "allergy-friendly" and "skin-friendly". In addition, the bedroom has a large, spacious wardrobe, a cozy seating area with 2 leather armchairs and a side table, a small desk corner and a 2nd Flat screen TV available.
Living room and dining room are equipped with modern furniture and a large flat screen TV. The corner couch can be used with an ottoman and a separate topper to provide additional sleeping space for the 3rd and 4th Be prepared.
From both the bedroom and the living room you can reach the covered terrace with a view of the green courtyard.
A new kitchenette has been installed in the kitchen. An oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment are integrated in this kitchenette. There are also 2 coffee machines, water and egg cookers, toasters, mini-ovens, microwaves as well as high-quality dishes and WMF pots, cutlery and knives. There is also a dining counter with 2 bar stools that invite you to a leisurely breakfast.
The bathroom is very high quality with V&B vanity, mirror and toilet. A modern, walk-in shower with a design rain shower and a separate hand shower offers great shower comfort. The bathroom also has a condensation dryer.

Of course, comfortable slippers are available to our guests.

Upon arrival, a registration form with name, address and passport number must be completed.
In Berlin, an overnight tax, the so-called "City Tax" must be paid. This is 5% of the net overnight price. This means that you do not pay a city tax from the service fee. The city tax must be paid in cash on arrival. It is not included in the online price.
