This is a unique villa in a great spot. The Puig Sec area is residential with villas and stunning panoramas. Villa Sonni has everything to spend a luxurious holiday. A private swimming pool (open from half May till November) in the garden and air conditioning in the home. Family friendly! 6 Persons in 3 bedrooms.

The space
Villa Sonni is a well furnished villa. There is room for six people in three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The other two have a large bathroom with shower. Everything is nicely finished. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, large oven, microwave, a dishwasher and more. The living room has a sofa couch and armchairs. There is a large plasma flat-screen TV. The air conditioning chases the heat away, if necessary. From the living room is access to the spacious terrace with a large dining table with chairs. Here one can enjoy a wonderful meal with family or friends.
Because the villa is on top of the hill Puig Sec, there is always a vista. Upstairs is a roof terrace which has a panoramic view over the sea and muntanya Montgó. In the backyard is the private pool with terrace. There is a lounge garden furniture set and a canopy against the sun. There is access from the terrace upstairs or from a door in the living room.

Our cleaning team will do the final clean, which costs €130.
You'll also need to bring your own kitchen towels.
Pets are welcome at a €50 surcharge.
You can order bath towels if you want. Payable on site. €10 per package.
Bed sheets can be ordered too. You can pay on site. €16 per double bed.
Just to let you know, we don't accept groups of people under 24 years old.
Tourist tax is payable on site. 2€ per person over 16 years, with a maximum stay of 7 nights..
