The apartments are located only 400 meters from the beach and are located in the 2nd. First floor of a new house with only 5 apartments in total.
From the ground floor garage you drive with a modern elevator barrier-free directly to the apartments.

The typical Andalusian village with its narrow streets and staircases is just 10 minutes walk to the waterfront and the beach.

And if you do not feel like going to the beach or driving, just enjoy the community pool and then the great view from the rooftop terrace with its deck chairs and the view of the open sea.

You can, for example, relax by bus to Al Munecar (6 km) for shopping, drive to the Lidl, Mercadonna or on Fridays to the weekly market.

Otherwise, in La Herradura you have all the shopping for your daily needs.
