The apartment in the house Nordseeperle 2. Floor is located in a dead end, directly behind the dike.
The apartment was extensively renovated in 2018, including new flooring, new kitchen, and new furniture.
They overlook the island of Neuwerk and the world shipping route. It is a very well maintained house.
The apartment has 2 balconies. On one you can have breakfast in the glorious morning sun, on the other you can enjoy the lake view and the afternoon sun until sunset over Neuwerk.
A lockable bicycle garage is available.
Covered beds and shower and towel sets are standard.
You will enjoy the tranquility, but also go in 10 minutes to the bustling center of Duhnen. Here you will find various shops and restaurants. A bakery and a beach snack with foot shower (delicious fish sandwiches, sausages, drinks, etc.) is located in the immediate vicinity (about 300 meters).
