The 3-room duplex apartment is located upstairs and extends over two floors. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, CD radio, and a small kitchenette with electric stove, fridge and microwave. The adjoining conservatory invites you to linger. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC. The first bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs the apartment is another bedroom with sofa bed and a single bed. A car parking space on the fenced plot is at your disposal. WLAN access for one device free of charge. Wi-Fi access for each additional device can be booked for a fee of 10 € per week. A washing machine, as well as a tumble dryer are available for a fee in the object.
