The apartment has two bedrooms - a main bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, and a second bedroom with two single beds that can easily be combined into a double bed. The spacious living room is equipped with a sofa bed, satellite TV, stereo system and direct access to a furnished terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, coffee machine and kettle, making it easy to prepare shared meals. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi and a private washing machine ensure comfort in any season.



The accommodation is located just around 100 metres from the sea, so that beaches with gravel and sand can be reached within a few minutes. The quiet location of the villa invites you to relax, while Zadar with its historical sights, cultural offerings and excellent restaurants is only a few kilometres away.
