The ground floor apartment "Sea Side" with about 70 m², divided into three rooms with private, ground floor access is located in the 2017 related new building house Windrose and offers space for max. 2 to 4 adults. In the living area with direct access to the terrace, which was decorated with pictures of the Baltic Sea baths, there is a spacious seating area, a comfortable lounge chair and a lowboard with Smart TV (55 ") and Blu-Ray player and a HiFi stereo with CD player. Also on an Internet access (WLAN) you do not have to do without on vacation. This is included for you. The generous southwest-facing terrace, which extends over the entire width of the house, is equipped with a large table and teak furniture. The dining area with a large table and space for 4 people adjoins it directly and forms the connection to the open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, built-in microwave combination unit, 4 zone ceramic hob, fridge freezer complemented by a high quality WMF kitchen equipment with coffee maker, Toaster, kettle and many kitchen helpers. The first bedroom, decorated in a country style and a subdued color scheme, has a large double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) with 5-zone spring mattresses, adjustable bed bases, neck pillows and bedside tables and a spacious built-in wardrobe. In the second bedroom, which can also be used as a cozy study or reading room, there is a functional sofa with pull-out bed of 1.40 mx 2.00 m, in a berth landscape with wall cabinets and a desk to the window. The bathroom and toilet are separated from each other, so that in the bathroom, which is decorated with natural tiles and a spacious double vanity with large mirror, towel dryer and hair dryer, a pleasant atmosphere to relax. The area is rounded off with a walk-in rain shower. The entire apartment is powered by underfloor heating and a room ventilation system (ventilation and heating technology), in addition, all windows are equipped with insect screens and shutters. In addition, the apartment has its own, lockable bike room in the annex building with electricity and a free car parking space (number 04) directly at the house. The condominium also offers a separate barbecue area with seating on the house. A pet is not allowed. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. 

Our cozy holiday apartment with separate entrance is located directly on the nature reserve Südperd with Lotsenturm in the fishing and seaside resort Thiessow and is a lovingly designed retreat to feel good. The decor is characterized by the maritime style and lifestyle of the bath time and exudes peace and coziness. From the spacious terrace you look directly into the green and has only 100 m walk to the white sandy beach with a variety of opportunities for water sports. The quiet outskirts location offers excellent access to the hiking and cycling trails in the nature reserve Mönchgut in the Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen.
