Enjoy sea time "in a quiet but central location. Our house is conveniently located between the Hanseatic city of Rostock and the peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst. Graal-Müritz is framed by a mile long sandy Baltic Sea beach and the Rostock Heath. The cottage meerZeit is located directly on the coastal forest, through which you can reach in a few minutes the Baltic Sea beach. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, Nordic walking or cycling tours. Numerous excursion possibilities, such. B. the Rhododendron Park in the immediate vicinity of the house, the water park Aquadrom, Karl's adventure village in Rövershagen, the Darßer lighthouse, the Old Stream of Warnemünde u. V. M. Invite young and old to linger.   Our cottage offers you comfort in every season. The fireplace in the living room provides warmth in the winter, in the spring and autumn, a sauna invites you to warm up and after a long day at the beach or -walk in summer you can enjoy the day off with a barbecue on the terrace overlooking the garden and the forest.   The holiday home "meerZeit" offers space for max. 5-6 persons on approximately 100 square meters of living space. Attractive year-round usable holiday home in a quiet but central location. Upscale amenities with solid wood furniture in Mediterranean tones. On the ground floor you will find a utility room with free washing machine and drying rack, ironing board and iron, a shower room with sauna, a cozy living room with fireplace, leather sofa, dining area, wireless LAN, flat screen, satellite TV / radio, CD / DVD player, games console , open kitchen with dishwasher, oven / microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee filter machine, toaster and plenty of dishes. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 x 200 cm) incl. Flat screen TV, bedroom 2 with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), bedroom 3 with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with tub including various shelves / hooks. For a toddler is a travel cot including extra mattress and bedding and a high chair available. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer.   Outside there are two free parking spaces available. Ferienhaus meerZeit has a garden. In the garden area you will find a furnished terrace, a garden house with cart and barbecue (the parking of bicycles is possible). There is direct access through a garden gate to the forest / beach path.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
