The travel distance to the City center (Stephansplatz / City) is approx. 12 min., to the Schönbrunn Palace & Park approx. 8 min or 20 min. by foot. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, water heater; a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and a washing machine / dryer; a spacious bedroom with double bed and sofa; a living room with leather sofa and arm chair, and an eating area with three seats.
