The comfortable apartment is suitable for two people (double bed in the bedroom) and two other people (2 comfortable wall beds in the living room). Adjacent to the living room, the veranda offers a large dining table with 4 chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. The bathroom has a small combined shower-bath (high entry) and toilet. Further features include a satellite flat-screen TV, DVD player, bathtub, separate kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer, oven with ceramic hob. The holiday home is tastefully and modernly furnished. The beach and town center are only about 200 m.

Ahlbeck. A sea spa with a great past full of history and cordiality. Around 1700, a corn mill was built on an aalreichen brook, which incidentally passes through the present-day seaside resort underground. These were the beginnings of the now so magnificent, modish and proud seaside resort. After this small water Ahlbeck (High German = Ahlbach) is named. Later, bankers, industrialists and many personalities met here. You can still feel the charm, the villas built in the classical style along the promenade and in the center of the village. Every season you feel the healing effect of the fresh sea air during your beach walks. The comfortable apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century villa in classicist style. It is centrally located and about 3 minutes walk to the historic pier and about 200m to the beach.  As a partner of the Baltic Sea spa "Usedom" we offer our guests a special service. You will receive a 50% discount on the entrance fee when you visit and whenever you feel like having a bath or sauna. Please note that the spa is closed for maintenance about 14 days each year in January.  A parking space on the property is available.
