The farmhouse is located in the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia, province of Grossetto, Maremma, Tuscany and has its own swimming pool and guest house.
The "Paduletti" is a former farmhouse, which was completely gutted in 2016/17, renovated and equipped with modern home technology (including solar energy). It is just 3 km from the village of Grilli, where there is a COOP (grocery store), several restaurants, a bar and a pharmacy. The property belonging to the house is about 80,000 square meters. Of these, approximately 8,000 square meters are fenced. Here it is quiet, only the usual sounds for country life can be heard.
Nearest supermarket in the village (3 km), bakery, restaurants and more. about 3 km in Grilli. Distance to the sea about 20km.
Ground floor: large living / dining room of about 35 square meters with stove, kitchen and shower room with washing machine; Portico (covered terrace) of about 25 sqm oriented to the west, an open terrace of about 18 sqm to the east and a gazebo in front of the kitchen in the south. All rooms lead through glass doors into the garden with pool.
Upstairs: covered, about 8sqm large terrace, 2 double bedrooms, a study with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
Guest house (Annesso): The Annesso has been completely rebuilt, consists of a living room of about 26 square meters and has its own bathroom and a tea kitchen. In front of the guesthouse there is a covered terrace (Porticato) of approx. 18 sqm that faces east.
All windows have mosquito screens.
Altogether there are 8 sleep possibilities.
The main house and the outbuilding are generally rented together only.
Beyond the main house and the guest house there is another building with a wood pizza oven, another covered terrace and the pump room for the pool.
The pool, in kidney shape and from 1.20m to 2.20m deep, forms the center between the individual buildings. It is about 4m x 8m and has a counter-current system / water massage. The pool area is fenced off separately for safety reasons (children, dogs, ...).
In front of the entrance gate there is a former haystack, which serves as a shelter for up to four cars.
Grosseto, Follonica and the clean sandy beaches can be reached in a maximum of 20 minutes by car.
