Villa for rent on the seafront in Mallorca with a private pool. This villa in a superb location with direct sea access is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Gran and 500 meters from the center of Cala D'Or. Access to the sea is via a metal staircase leading from the rocks.

Two-story villa. From the hallway, four steps lead to an open-plan living/dining area with access to a covered terrace offering beautiful sea views. The kitchen can be accessed from both the dining area and the entrance via a few steps. Adjacent to the kitchen are a guest WC with shower and a utility room. Also on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. On the first floor are two further bedrooms. One has a double bed (two single mattresses) and a full en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a private shower room. Both bedrooms offer access to a terrace with stunning sea views. This first floor is also accessible via an external staircase.

From the living area, you enter the beautiful covered terrace with outdoor furniture and unobstructed sea views. Below the terrace is the 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, and following the stone steps to the rocks, you have direct access to the sea via a metal ladder.

The bedrooms have air conditioning with the following operating hours: 1 PM - 3 PM and 8 PM - 8 AM.

The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the accommodation price.

A security deposit of €300 is required and must be paid by credit card prior to arrival.
