This charming holiday apartment is located in the coastal town of Karin Gornji, just 70 metres from the sea, and offers space for up to three people. It is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained house with three residential units and impresses with its quiet location, sea view and comfortable furnishings – ideal for couples or small families.



The apartment is 40 m² in size and features a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open living area with a sofa bed, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.



Two balconies - one with a direct sea view, the other with a barbecue option - offer ideal places to relax outdoors. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV and heating are available, as well as a communal laundry room at the landlord's.



Pets are welcome, a baby cot is available upon request. There is a private car park in front of the house.
