Nice chalet on a spacious Mediterranean plot (about 1000 m²) in 2. Sea line (60 m from the sea). On a floor space of approx. 95 m², the house offers two cozy bedrooms, an open air-conditioned living / dining area, a beautiful bathroom, kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flatscreen TVs. Free Wi-Fi (Fritz box) in the house.

Large illuminated pool (10 x 4 m) with a beautiful sun terrace. From the covered outdoor table in front of the living room looks out onto the pool and the beautiful garden with numerous palm trees. From the outdoor table and the sun terrace you can see the sea while standing.

The kitchen of the house is well equipped (stove / oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker) and the living / dining room is open. The living / dining area is equipped with modern air conditioning and a new Smart TV. On the outdoor terrace is a new Weber kettle grill. In both bedrooms there are flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and large closets. For our younger guests, we have a sturdy wooden crib and a new Tripp-Trapp highchair ready.

The beautiful Mediterranean garden offers families plenty of room to play and run around. The side of the house is a beautifully landscaped fish pond and in summer the garden blooms in many colors.

The settlement Es Pas belongs to the resort of Cala Pi. The beautiful bay of the same name can be reached in 5 minutes by car from the house. In Cala Pi there are some good restaurants. The well-known, undeveloped natural sand beach Es Trenc, which offers Caribbean blue waters, is just 15 minutes drive from the house.

50 meters from the house there is a children's playground right on the cliffs, from where you have a wonderful view of the sea and the offshore island of Cabrera.
