The apartment is a spacious 1-room apartment with living and dining area, separate kitchen, large bathroom and a hallway. A double bed and a fold-out sofa bed offer comfortable sleeping space for 1-4 people. It is located on the mezzanine floor and can be reached via 3 steps. There is enough space in the hallway in front to carry a pram or similar. remedy. On request, a basement belonging to the apartment can be used to e.g. B. Store bicycles safely. A shared garden also belongs to the apartment.

Location:
The apartment is located in the sports and climatic health resort Braunlage within walking distance of the city center, the Wurmberg cable car, the spa park, the hiking trails, the ski lift, the toboggan run and the ice rink (all about 10-15 minutes on foot). In the center, in addition to the tourist information, you will find many restaurants and shops. The ski rental shop is also within walking distance.

Furnishing:
We had the apartment renovated in November 2017: the bathroom, kitchen and furnishings are new and the floor is covered with parquet.
The bathroom has a bathtub so you can relax and warm up after cold winter days. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and mini oven (pizza size).
The dining area can be used by up to four people as the table can be folded out. The couch has a sleep function and is easy to fold in and out. The bed linen can be stowed in the bed box during the day. A television is available. We also provide tips for trips, event information and information about the surrounding area.

parking:
You can park on the street right in front of the door. The apartment also has a private car park, about a 1-minute walk from the front door.

Please note:
In addition to the accommodation costs, the spa cards (max. € 2.50 per person and night) and the final cleaning (€ 35 once) are added. You receive the spa cards on arrival and have various discounts, which we will inform you about on site. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or book them for € 8 per person.
