Apartment

With great attention to detail, I created a bright and friendly 1-room apartment in the basement of my family home in a very quiet outskirts. Sustainability and individuality are important to me and are also reflected in the home furnishings: beloved unique pieces were combined with modern furniture and result in a cozy living space to relax. Stylish lighting effects create a pleasant ambience. Electricity and warm water are generated by our own solar system.

The apartment has a chic bunk bed with a king-size bed (1.40 x 2.00) and a fully equipped kitchenette with cooking facilities, microwave, kettle, espresso and coffee machine, toaster, dishes and cutlery. There is also satellite TV and WiFi. The dining table can easily accommodate 4 people. The cozy sofa can also be converted into a bed (lying area 1.40 x 2.00). The separate entrance to the apartment can be reached via the garden, which offers a sitting area that can also be used as a smoking area.

If you are traveling with small children, a high chair and travel cot, as well as toys can be provided.

The beautiful shower room is accessible via the corridor and is available for sole use. In addition to the usual bathroom equipment, the bathroom contains a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For longer stays, towels are changed once a week and bed linen every two weeks. Vacuum cleaners and cleaning utensils are also available to the tenant.

A strip of forest begins right behind the house, beyond which there are meadows and fields that invite long walks. In the district you will find supermarkets, a bakery, a post office and a self-service ATM. The connection to public transport is good (about 15 minutes to the center). Free parking spaces are available in front of the house.
