Our newly built house is located in a quiet secluded location, on a 5300 square meter plot, surrounded by nature. Flowering shrubs adorn the terrace and various fruit trees give the whole complex a Mediterranean atmosphere. Individual areas and terraces are natural.

You will enjoy a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the natural surroundings from all rooms.
The house was built from 3 contiguous units in typical Canarian style with high, open ceilings.
The bright living room with sofa bed, fireplace and built-in kitchen is equipped with large sliding glass doors and leaves nothing to be desired.
2 bedrooms also with sliding glass doors, one with a large built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom and the other with a free-standing wardrobe and separate bathroom, each have an exit to the pool terrace.
Our infinity pool is normally heated (depending on the current water temperature) from October to the end of April. 2 large terraces with open views of the sea and the countryside belong to the house.
The one, "green" terrace can be reached from the terrace located directly on the house via a staircase.
For a comfortable and relaxing stay there are 4 sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue.
Just a few meters above the house, the island trail GR 130 passes.
