The accommodation features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a modern bathroom with a shower and hydromassage, and an open living area with kitchen, dining and living room. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher and WiFi. The living area also has two sofa beds that provide additional sleeping space. Baby cots are available upon request. Guests have access to a private parking space on the property.



The villa offers a private freshwater pool with sun loungers and a sunny garden terrace, surrounded by a green area with olive trees - the perfect place to relax after a day at the nearby beach. The beaches in the area consist of concrete plateaus and fine sand and are within walking distance.



Zambratija is located quietly and idyllically, with good connections to Umag (approx. 4 km), where you can find diverse leisure opportunities such as water sports, sailing, tennis and excursions into nature.
