This well-maintained holiday apartment is located in a quiet area, just 100 metres from the beach - ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. The house offers a total of five apartments for up to 16 people and convinces with its central, yet quiet location with restaurants, shops, pharmacy and post office in the immediate vicinity.



The apartment on the first floor is designed for three people and offers a friendly, bright atmosphere. It features a bedroom with a double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, and a partially covered terrace with sea view and direct access to the garden. The terrace is equipped with seating furniture and a parasol - perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.



The additional equipment includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. A car park is located directly at the house, the washing machine is available to guests at the landlord's (for a fee).



In the outdoor area, you can use the communal barbecue and spend relaxed hours in the quiet neighbourhood. The hosts live in the house and are always friendly and available to assist you with any questions or requests.



The environment is excellently suited for varied leisure activities: Swimming, diving, sailing, hiking or bicycle tours along the coast ensure an active holiday. Culinary experiences such as wine tasting or olive harvesting in the region are also appealing.
