The 16 m² studio is located on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building and is ideal for two people looking to spend relaxing days by the sea. The open living and sleeping area is equipped with a double bed, a small kitchen with dining area, and a modern bathroom. From the private balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Adriatic – the perfect place to let the day end with a glass of wine.



The equipment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV, so you can live comfortably even on warm summer days and always stay connected. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare small meals, while the balcony invites you to a relaxed breakfast with a sea view.



Only 100 metres separate you from the long, fine sandy beach of Duće, which is conveniently accessible via a safe pedestrian underpass. After just a few steps, you will therefore be directly by the sea. A private parking space for your car is available at the house.



The apartment building also offers a garden with a barbecue area, summer kitchen and play facilities for children. If desired, the hosts will prepare breakfast for you (for a fee). Pets are welcome by arrangement.



The location is excellent for exploring the surroundings: You can reach the charming old town of Omiš with its small alleys, restaurants, and cafés after just one kilometre. Split with its famous old town and Diocletian's Palace is only 20 kilometres away and is an ideal destination for a day trip. The region is also attractive for active holidaymakers - from water sports such as kayaking, jet skiing, and diving to hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains.
