Enjoy your holiday in the spacious holiday apartment A11 on the first floor of a well-maintained house in the popular holiday destination Duce, just about 30 metres from the fine sandy beach. With 48.5 m² of living space, two bedrooms and room for up to five people, this apartment is ideal for families or small groups. The apartment has two private outdoor areas: a south-facing balcony with sea view and an east-facing loggia – perfect for enjoying the morning sun or feeling the fresh sea air in the evening. Both terraces are equipped with furniture and a parasol or sun loungers.



The open living area combines kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, 2-plate stove, extractor hood, sink, cooking utensils and cutlery. A dining table for five people offers space for shared meals. In the living area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping options. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature comfortable beds, SAT-TV and complete darkening for restful nights. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer. WiFi and air conditioning are included in the price. Pets are welcome by arrangement (additional fee).



The apartment is located on a spacious private property with a Mediterranean garden, outdoor grill, shaded parking space, and boat mooring (reservation required). Numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and leisure opportunities are located in the immediate vicinity. The beach of Duce is particularly family-friendly, as the water depth gradually decreases and there are no strong currents.
