Enjoy your holiday in the cosy holiday apartment A10 on the ground floor of a well-maintained house in Duce, just a few steps from the gently sloping sandy beach. With 31 m² of living space and a spacious 32 m² south-facing terrace with direct access to the garden, the apartment offers sufficient space for up to four people. The terrace is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs and a plant roof - perfect for relaxed hours outdoors.



The bright, open living area combines kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, 2-plate hob, sink, extractor hood, cooking utensils and cutlery. A dining table for four people and a sofa bed for two people make the living area particularly comfortable. The separate bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables and complete room darkening. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer. Air conditioning and SAT-TV provide additional comfort, WiFi is included. Pets are welcome by arrangement (additional fee).



The apartment is located in a holiday property with a total of eight apartments across two adjacent houses. The spacious private property offers a shaded parking space, Mediterranean garden facilities, an outdoor grill, and a boat mooring (reservation required).

The sandy beach of Duce is particularly family-friendly, as the water depth increases only slowly and there are no strong currents.
