This holiday apartment offers you a perfect retreat for your vacation. With a living space of 22 square metres and a generous plot of 3,000 square metres, you have plenty of space to relax here.



The apartment has a bedroom with two beds, including a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave and crockery, as well as a washing machine.



For your entertainment, there is a TV with satellite connection and WIFI internet access. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures.



On the property, you have a private parking space available. Barbecuing is possible. Small pets up to approx. 10 kg are welcome, a maximum of one animal is allowed.



A free boat mooring (buoy in the open sea) is also available. However, use is at your own risk.



The holiday home is ideally located for families with children. The sandy beach is only 30 metres away, the nearest supermarket is 300 metres from the house. The bus stop is 50 metres away, the airport is about 40 kilometres away.
