This charming holiday home is located in a small, sheltered bay in the north of the city of Vis - just about 20 metres from the crystal-clear sea. The accommodation is part of a small holiday complex with three separate houses, each with its own terrace and private outdoor grill. The house offers space for up to 3 people and is ideal for couples, small families or groups who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the midst of Mediterranean nature.



In 36 m² of living space, you can expect a comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a cosy sofa bed that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. The kitchen is modern and features a large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle - perfect for self-catering during your holiday.



The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed and offers sufficient storage space as well as a calm atmosphere for relaxation. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin and toilet. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, bed linen and towels are available. WiFi is not available in this accommodation, which contributes to a restful and nature-oriented atmosphere.



A highlight is the approximately 25 m² large, shady terrace with seating for five people, awning and private outdoor grill. It invites you to shared meals and cosy evenings outdoors while enjoying the view of the Mediterranean garden with cacti, palm trees and fruit plants. Two sun-protected parking spaces are available directly at the house.



The small pebble beach is located just a few steps away and is ideal for swimming, sunbathing or snorkelling. Boat owners can use the boat mooring directly at the pier upon request and for a fee – a special extra that makes this accommodation particularly attractive for water sports enthusiasts.



The centre of Vis town can be reached in about 2 kilometres - comfortably on foot in around 20 minutes or in a few minutes by car. There you will find cosy cafés, traditional taverns, restaurants with freshly caught fish and regional wine, supermarkets as well as a pharmacy and medical care. Excursions to the famous Blue Cave on the island of Biševo or boat tours along the spectacular coast are also offered from Vis.



The island of Vis is considered one of the most original islands in Croatia and captivates with its untouched nature, vineyards, and hidden bays that are often only accessible on foot. Hikers and cyclists will find numerous picturesque routes in the surrounding area that lead to viewpoints and traditional villages in the island's interior.
