The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers space for shared meals. A 12 m² balcony invites you to have breakfast outdoors or a cosy dinner with a view of the greenery. A communal washing machine is also available. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome, and a baby bed can be provided upon request.
