This cosy holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for two people on 30 m² and is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxed holiday in a quiet, green environment. The accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator and dining area. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi and a communally used washing machine provide additional comfort. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome, a baby cot can be provided upon request.



The holiday complex itself offers a large garden with a pool, barbecue facilities, sun terraces and diverse leisure options. Bicycles are available, and access to fruits and vegetables from the garden is possible.
