Let yourself be enchanted by one of the most beautiful spots in the seaside resort of Bansin. The apartment is very centrally located at the center of Bansin (about 250 m) in Bergstr. 48 between the Baltic Sea and the Schloesee. The beach of the Baltic Sea is only 50 m away. From the apartment you can see the Schloesee. From the property you can go directly to the beach promenade without crossing a street. Car parking space is on the property.  

Apartment 4:
The 90 sqm apartment is a duplex apartment and is located on the 1st and 2nd floor. On the first floor is the entrance to the apartment, the separate dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and the living room with adjoining balcony. The second floor is reached via the staircase inside the apartment. There is the bathroom with tub and toilet, a small gallery and the two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.  Wi-Fi can be used for a fee per device for 10 € / week. The apartment was newly renovated in December 2016 and partly new equipped.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
