This stylish villa in Loborika, not far from Pula, offers space for up to six guests on 100 m² and is perfect for families or small groups. Two cosy bedrooms with double beds and their own bathrooms, a bright living and dining room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine ensure comfort and self-catering. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodation.



Three covered terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers, lounge furniture and a private barbecue invite you to relax outdoors, while direct access to the garden and courtyard ensures undisturbed hours in the green. Air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a washing machine are available. Pets are welcome upon request, additional costs will be incurred, and a baby cot can be provided if desired.



The villa is located quietly in a green environment, ideal for relaxation and unwinding. The sea is about 14 km away, the airport is in the immediate vicinity, while restaurants, supermarkets and the city centre are within a few minutes' walk. The location also offers easy excursions to nature parks, national parks and the cultural attractions of Istria. Leisure activities such as water sports, sailing, hiking or cycling are possible in the surrounding area.
