The bright, friendly & disabled-friendly apartment is located in the basement of the old building of Villa Linquenda. The 86 sqm apartment is furnished to a high standard and can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons and a toddler. It has a living room with sofa (sofa bed) & flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m, adjustable slats on the head and foot) and additional flat-screen TV and a separate " skiable 'dressing room.  The bathroom has a walk-in shower (with folding seat and toilet grip) and toilet (fold-away stirrups). A terrace completes the offer of the apartment. A cot (without linen) and a high chair can be provided free of charge.

The apartment house Linquenda was built Easter 2007 as an addition to the Villa Linquenda and has eight comfortable apartments. The house is only about 100 meters from the fine sandy beach and the promenade. Your breakfast rolls, Ahlbeck's versatile gastronomy, shopping, Ahlbeck's landmark - the historic pier - are about 300 meters away. Usedom's well-developed cycle and hiking trails start right outside your doorstep. All apartments are high quality and furnished with attention to detail. Interiors made of beech wood, terracotta tiles, carpets and decorative fabrics ensure a warm ambience. Children's travel bed and high chair are available on request free of charge. There is a car parking space for each apartment. Please note that if your car is a bit bigger, the parking could be a bit tight.  In the basement of the house there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. A bicycle storage room is available in the house. Balcony furniture is available for the balconies / terraces.
