This bright apartment (approx. 55 m²) for up to 6 people is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey holiday home directly by the sea in the quiet village of Bibinje, just 8 km from Zadar. The furnished south-facing balcony (35 m²) with sea view offers space for up to 6 people and is ideal for breakfast, dinner or relaxed sunny hours.



The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, a living kitchen with satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 people as well as a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, 4-plate stove (gas/electric), oven, double sink, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, pots, crockery and cutlery.



Amenities include WiFi, washing machine, bed linen, towels and a cot on request. The holiday home also offers a large fruit and vegetable garden, outdoor grill with seating and a private parking space. Pets are not allowed, smoking is permitted.
